Hi everyone, my name is Catherine. I live in Cochin. I started cooking when I was 13. Making food is my weakness and experimenting something new is my hobby. My mother cooks very well at a great speed and that reflects in my way of cooking. My passion for cooking initiated when i was a kid after seeing my two elder brothers cook my favourite food item, Maggi noodles (at those days)

I got married when I was 22. I wished for a partner who would share my same interests and my wish came true.My husband likes to travel a lot.After marriage I travelled to most of the countries like Italy, France, Switzerland, Amsterdam, London, Spain, Brussels, Dubai, Singapore and Thailand. I got opportunity to eat from all these places .Out of all these places we love Italy. We feel at home when we are there.So we go there once or twice every year.To feel at home one thing important is food, we are obsessed with Italian food.

My husband William is a perfectionist so he’s my food critic, and 2 lil critics Hannah and Kris ,my kids.Seeing my interest in cooking my husband was persuading me to start a blog so that others can make use of it. Appreciations from my family and friends inspired me to take pictures of my dishes and share the secret of my recipes in my blog. And in my opinion good quality ingredients at the right quantity and at the right time when cooked with love makes perfect dishes.
